Exchanges
​1. Exchanges only, no refunds.
2. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise must include all paperwork.
3. To receive an exchange, merchandise must be returned within 10 days of confirmed delivery date.
4. Special order merchandise is non-returnable, non-exchangable & non-cancelable.
5. Merchandise that has been altered (i.e., engraved, sized, etc) or damaged by the customer is non-      exchangable & non-returnable.
6. Customers are responsible for all shipping & handling on exchanges. 
7. Canceling an item or order can only be done the same day as ordered by 4:00 p.m central time.
